Processing Orders
All orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be delayed due to high volume of orders or postal service issues that are out of our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer $20 flat rate shipping to anywhere in New Zealand for orders up to $200. Free shipping is available for orders of $200 or more. Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipping.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email straight away, including a tracking number you can use to check where your order is. Please be patient, because it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mokiinternational.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
P.O. Box shipping is available throughout New Zealand.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
